"Website temporarily unavailable" page
Why your website may show an unavailable page and how to get it back.
If visitors see Website unavailable, your website has been paused. There are two possible reasons.
An unpaid invoice
If an invoice stays unpaid for more than 14 days after its due date, the website is paused. Pay the invoice and it comes back automatically. See What happens when an invoice is late.
Malware was found
If our scan found malware, your website is paused until it is cleaned. See Malware scanning.
Your email normally keeps working while a website is paused.
