When you are invoiced, how renewals work and where to find your invoices.
When do you get an invoice?
Hosting renews every month or every year, depending on your plan. We create the invoice 14 days before your renewal date and email it to you, so you have time to pay.
Find your invoices
Open Billing in your account dashboard. Each invoice shows what it is for, the amount, the due date and whether it is paid. Open one to see or download the PDF.
Your renewal date
Your next renewal date is shown for each website under My Hosting. The price shown is the price you pay, which may be different from the prices for new customers.
Paying
Choose Pay on the invoice, or use the link in the invoice email, and follow the steps. You will get a receipt when it is paid.
