Choosing the right hosting plan

Five questions that tell you which plan you need.

Last updated 2026-10-03

The pricing page lists every plan with its allowances. This is how to choose between them.

Five questions

  1. How many websites will you run? Each plan has a limit. Count the ones you have now and any you plan to add this year.
  2. Is it WordPress? A WordPress plan comes ready for it. Other kinds of site (plain HTML, other PHP software) also run fine.
  3. How many email addresses do you need? Count one for each person, plus shared ones such as info@ and sales@. Forwarding addresses that only pass mail on may not need a mailbox.
  4. How much storage? A typical business website is small. Photos, videos and downloads take the most room. Email also counts towards storage.
  5. Do you need databases? WordPress and most shops use one per website.

If you are not sure

Pick the plan that covers what you need today with a little room to grow. You can move up to a bigger plan whenever your website grows.
