Set up email on an iPhone, iPad or Mac

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Settings then Mail then Accounts then Add Account then Other then Add Mail Account.
2. Enter your name, full email address and password, then choose Next.
3. Choose IMAP.
4. Under Incoming Mail Server enter mail.yourdomain.com, your full email address as the username and your password.
5. Under Outgoing Mail Server enter mail.yourdomain.com with the same username and password.
6. Choose Next, then Save.

If you need to set ports by hand, use 993 incoming and 465 outgoing, both with SSL.

Mac

1. Open Mail then Add Account then Other Mail Account.
2. Enter your name, full email address and password.
3. Enter mail.yourdomain.com as both the incoming and outgoing server when asked and choose IMAP.
4. Choose Sign In.
